I am always on the look-out for a good wood sled as I think they are darling for outdoor winter decorations. This one caught my eye right away! It has wonderful vintage painted graphics of "My Little Red Sled" and decorative design elements in yellow on a red wood painted surface. This sled appears to be quite rare as I was not able to find one anything like it in my research.

This sled is in amazing shape for its age. All the metal pieces (runners, bolts and brackets) are in tact and the only oxidized parts are the brackets. The front handle has two holes for the pulling cord, which is still included. The safety seat has a red plastic seat belt that is still in one piece and would secure a child. The paint is in really nice condition with just some roughness on the arms of the seat and the front pulling bar. The entire sled could use a thorough cleaning and waxing, taking care not to impact the graphics. I

This would be a perfect piece to be used as a fabulous decorative piece for your Christmas/Winter décor or hang it on an office wall perhaps?
