What a fun way to celebrate South Dakota! This is a set of two, quirky items that likely were South Dakota souvenirs in their day.

1 - Cool vintage metal drink tray with pretty off-white background and gold accents. The base of the tray in a map of the state of South Dakota with major cities and attractions noted. Above the map is an image of the State Flower the Pasque Flower. These were popular souvenir pieces in the mid 60s. The back is shiny gold. In great vintage condition, as pictured. There are a few scuffs in the gold rim, otherwise excellent. Dimensions: 11" in diameter x 1/2" tall

2 - Brown ceramic South Dakota ceramic salt & pepper set with an embossed image of Mount Rushmore on the front and a color rodeo rider on the back. The original tag , shaped like a leaf, indicates Gold Aspen by Thrifco Japan. Made in Japan is stamped on the bottom as well. The shakers are shaped like little domes with braided handles. The bottoms of both have the original little cork stoppers. Dimensions: 3" wide, 3" tall, 2 1/4" diameter of shakers (without handles)
