I was so surprised when I opened a box of paper dolls from an Estate Sale and these were underneath the other treasures! This is a rather tired Doll-up-Dolly, Pick-Er-Stick-Er play set. I was not able to find another one quite like this. Even though it is in rough condition, I thought there may be a collector that would love to have this. Or - a really creative ephemera set with childhood memories>

There is a printed cardboard base with a vinyl like film on top to allow the plastic outfit pieces to adhere. The base is a blond pig-tailed young lady in full coverage bloomers with a black background. Around the edge are examples of numerous outfits. The title on the top is Pictures with Non-Destructive. Sticker Pick-Er Stick-Er. Press Stickers in Place - Make a Picture-Lift Off-Start Over. The title on the bottom is Doll-up-Dolly. @1949 Atlantic Plastics, Cleveland Ohio Pat Pending Made in USA Cat. No. 07105. The piece is in really nice vintage condition with just the start of peeling of the covering around the edges. It also has a few small age spots.

It comes with the base of a box that is slightly too small for the board. Also included are pieces of outfits in red, white and blue, along with accessories. There are numerous pieces and they have quite a bit of age staining. They also have stiffened a bit and do not "stick" on the board very well anymore. (Could cleaning them up improve that, not sure?) The outfit pieces appear to be mostly complete but the accessories have single socks, single shoes in each of the colors. Also interesting is the colors of the outfits shown around the board are red, yellow and black and the outfits with this set are red, white and blue.

Rare, but compromised, this could be just the set you are looking for your collection.
