The locomotive is in green print, along with a clump of grapes, some of the lettering and the leaves on another clump of grapes. The overall brand is in red lettering and there are faint red grape clumps as well. The green is still quite vibrant but the red has faded considerably. I believe there is other red writing in the lower right hand corner but it is indecipherable. The four corners are rounded. There is a faint number 12 in pencil written in the top left corner.

The wood is the type that fruit crates are made of, it is a bit splintery around the edges and would benefit from a nice sanding and coat of wax. There are nail holes on the bottom edge and short sides and two nails imbedded in the top edge, Add a hanging piece and you are all set! Really fun!
