Mid-Century Bourne Denby Ceramic Fox Hunt Creamer with Relief Figures
Mid-Century Bourne Denby Ceramic Fox Hunt Creamer with Relief Figures
$24.50
What a fun find - a bit rare - and definitely something to add to your ceramic or fox hunt collection. This Bourne Denby ceramic small pitcher/creamer was produced from 1945 to 1950 in England. It has four figures in relief around the perimeter; horse and rider, hound, fox and tree, representing the elements of the fox hunt. The relief figures are on a neutral (slightly green) background with beaded detail on the top and bottom edges. The areas above the neutral sections, the inside and the handle have a mottled brown ceramic finish. Wonderful details on a special little piece.
