Celebrate early spring with this darling Knowles China Serving Bowl! It has a charming scalloped edge with a design of pussy willows, daffodils and tulips in the bottom. Everything that is blooming right now! I believe this titled the Juanita Pattern.

The bottom is marked Knowles in green script with a large stylized K and J.S.A. 52-3 which I believe indicates the plant initials and March 1953.

This bow is in really nice, vintage condition. No crazing or chips on the piece at all. There is one small round spot on the surface that appears to be a flaw from manufacturing as the finish is just missing, There are a few very faint spots of darkness underneath the glaze along the scalloped rim. No scratching of the image.

I could see using this as a serving bowl for Easter or at a bridal shower or as a display piece on the counter top or open shelves in the kitchen. Just charming!
