Vintage Set of 1970s Recipe Booklets (5)
Vintage Set of 1970s Recipe Booklets (5)
$28.00
I loved finding this small recipe collection primarily from the 1970s, buried under a myriad of cookbooks at an Estate Sale. I thought this set would be really fun for a "throw-back" recipe swap or wonderful cooking ephemera for craft projects. It is fun to see how the cooking styles have changed - and stayed the same! There are five items in the set:
1 -"How to Smoke Seafood Florida Cracker Style" by Ted Dahlem, Copyright 1971 Published by Great Outdoors Publishing Co. Booklet includes types of smokers, preparing fish and other seafood, kinds of wood, salting, flavoring, and smoking, and smoked seafood recipes.
