I love to intersperse utilitarian items with delicate items in my décor and this vintage National Model N-4-4 Postage Scale is a perfect example of the type of item that would work so well! And guess what, it can be used! I found that it weighed items closely equal to our mail room digital scale. There is a little dial behind the weighing platform that can be used to adjust to the correct zero measure.

The outside of the scales is silver metal with a top pedestal platform that sits atop two metal arms. The front metal piece is off-white and has black letters and numerals. The center weighing indicator is silver metal. There are some scuffs in the metal along the seams of the pieces and on one side and some slight surface rusting throughout. This condition is perfect for that vintage flair in your mid-century bar, office, work station or mail drop area? The possibilities are limitless with the neutral coloring and vintage vibe.
