This is just so charming, and not that easy to find. This two piece single serving tea pot with lid is just wonderful in creative details. The background of each piece is caramel brown colored with wood grain detail. The sides of the tea pot are them embellished with three cherry tree branches, in bloom with green leaves and pink blossoms. The lid and the handle have wood grain details. It caught my eye for it's unique presentation and shelf worthiness!

The base of the tea pot has the Transor Ware Japan stamp.

These pieces are in wonderful condition. The only flaws noted are some slight crazing on the bottom of the pot. There is one small chip of the finish on the right side of the spout. There are a few rough spots to the finish of the handle and bubbles on the bottom of the pot. All things that would have been there since manufacture. There is some slight roughness to the surface on the base. It is very clean inside as well.

This amazing tea pot would go beautifully in your woodland cottage or cabin and also would make a wonderful housewarming or thank you gift for a new cabin visit. A refreshing bath and it is ready to go!
