Some darkening to the color of the pages but overall, an amazing set of historical books in amazing condition. No noted writing or tearing in any of the books. There are photographs included in each volume and they comprise about 30% of the 190 +/- pages in each book. All books are very display worthy with light cover or shelf wear but no damage.

The books have red cloth covered boards with gold embossed spines that indicate Wonder Book of the World's Progress, the Volume Title and Number and Funk & Wagnalls Company. The bindings are tight and would possibly be fragile if bent to further upon opening. I suspect they have always been on display and not used as reference material due to their current clean condition.

These belong on the shelf or mantel in the den, bar or home school reference library. Very, very special
